The Short-Form Video Master Course
Twelve lessons that take you from "what do I post" to a video system that keeps finding winners. Every lesson is one thing we actually do on our own account and for clients, with the prompt, the checklist and the numbers behind it.
The course pulls together everything we've published on short-form video: the Outlier Method, Creator Reels Decoded, the 48-Hour Trial Loop, Videomaxxing, Carouselmaxxing, the Cult Sheet and the AI Avatars case studies. It puts them in the order you use them.
Score yourself first
Most people work hard on the part of short-form video they're already good at, and skip the part that's actually holding them back. Answer 12 yes/no questions about your last video. Your result tells you which part to start with.
Score your last video
0 of 12 answered
- 1.Could only you have posted your last video?
- 2.Did its topic already beat 3x a creator's usual views before you made it?
- 3.Do you know which hook and opening types win in your niche, from real numbers?
- 4.Did you write 3 hooks and pick the best, instead of using the first one?
- 5.Did the video answer one question, with no beat that repeated another?
- 6.Can you keep making videos in this format 5 times a week?
- 7.Is there no stretch of 2+ seconds where nothing new happens?
- 8.Did you test more than one version before showing it to followers?
- 9.Do you know your median views, and how this video compares?
- 10.When a video wins, do you make 5+ more on the same topic?
- 11.Do your winning topics also become carousels?
- 12.Does every video have a comment keyword that leads to your email list?
How the course works
Four parts, three lessons each, in the order a video is made.
- Find: what to make. Your angle, proven topics, and what the data says works.
- Make: hooks, scripts, who is on screen, and the edit.
- Test: post in a way that tells you what works, and read the numbers right.
- Scale: turn one winner into ten, into carousels, and into leads.
Every lesson has the same shape: what you'll walk away with, the steps, a prompt you can paste into Claude or ChatGPT, a pass/fail checklist, a real example, and a link to the full resource it came from.
Lesson 1 is open. Lessons 2-12 unlock with your email. It's free and opens instantly.
Part 1: Find
- Your brand dogma: what only you can post
- Outliers: 100 proven ideas in one hour
- What top creators' data says
Part 2: Make
- Hooks that hold the first 3 seconds
- Scripts: the 20-second structure
- Pick your face: you, an AI avatar, or none
- Edit for retention: find and fix flat spots
Part 3: Test
Part 4: Scale
- Videomaxxing: one winner into ten videos
- Carouselmaxxing: winners into carousels and DMs
- The system: from views to leads
The proof behind it
- 22M+ combined views in 6 months for a founder's AI clone account on Instagram, from one 30-minute recording session.
- 2K to 400K+ followers and 12M+ combined views in 8 months for a second founder, which led to coaching sign-ups.
- 16 videos on one topic got 169.5K views. The 24 videos on every other topic got 90K combined. That's Videomaxxing on our own account.
- 2.6M plays, no face on screen. A faceless creator using the 20-second story structure.
FAQ
Do I need to be on camera? No. Lesson 6 covers four ways to make videos without filming yourself: an AI avatar, faceless stories, a mascot and AI UGC.
Which platforms does this cover? Instagram Reels and TikTok first, YouTube Shorts second. Trial reels (Lesson 8) are Instagram-only. The rest works everywhere.
How long does it take? About an hour to read. Going through the full loop once takes a week: find ideas, make three videos, test them, then scale the winner.
Is it really free? Yes. If you want the whole system run for you, there's a call link on every lesson.
