Your brand dogma: what only you can post
You'll leave with an 8-column brand sheet filled from your own posts, plus 50 video ideas that nobody else could post. It takes about 10 minutes with Claude.
Time: 10-20 minutes. From: The Cult Sheet
Why it matters
Generic advice gets scrolled past. People follow a person: what you believe, what you've done, what you're against, and where you've failed. Alex Hormozi breaks that down into 8 columns. Fill them once and you have two years of content ideas that only you can make.
The 8 columns:
| # | Column | What goes in it |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Origins | The 5-8 bullets a stranger would use to retell your story |
| 2 | Dogma | What you believe about your industry that most people get wrong |
| 3 | Exceptional | Results few people have, and work most people won't do |
| 4 | Enemies | Behaviors and ideas you're against (not people) |
| 5 | Flaws | What you're bad at, and what it has cost you |
| 6 | Associations | Who and what you're tied to, and what you've turned down |
| 7 | Language | Frameworks and words you've named, or say so often they're yours |
| 8 | Likability | The human side that shows up between the points |
Step 1: Gather 5 inputs
Put these in one folder: your bio, your 10 best posts, 2 video transcripts, 3 DMs where you explained what you do, and your resume or LinkedIn "About".
Step 2: Let Claude interview you
Upload the folder and paste the prompt below. Claude fills in what your files prove and marks each column full, thin or empty. Then it asks you at most 3 questions per column to fill the gaps. Don't let it invent a flaw. A fake flaw reads as fake.
Step 3: Turn the sheet into 50 ideas
Ask for 50 short-video ideas, each one starting from a single cell. At least 10 should come from Dogma and at least 5 from Flaws. Where a flaw and a win belong together, pair them: the flaw first, then the win. Those pairs are usually your best videos.
The prompt
You are helping me fill out an 8-column personal brand sheet from the files above:
Origins, Dogma, Exceptional, Enemies, Flaws, Associations, Language, Likability.
1. Fill every cell the files prove. Quote the source.
2. Mark each column full, thin or empty.
3. For thin or empty columns, ask me at most 3 questions each. Wait for my answers.
4. Never invent a flaw or a result.
Then write 50 short-video ideas. Each idea starts from one cell and tells the moment
that changed my behavior. At least 10 from Dogma, at least 5 from Flaws. Pair a Flaw
with an Exceptional cell where they belong together (flaw first). For each idea: the
column, a spoken hook in one breath written the way I talk, the lesson in one line,
and a format (talking head, screen demo, carousel, faceless story).
No hashtags. Nothing someone else could post.
Checklist
- Every column has at least 2 cells.
- Every Dogma cell disagrees with something people in your niche commonly say.
- Every Flaw is real and cost you something specific.
- At least one Language cell is a name you coined.
- No idea in the 50 could be posted by a competitor without changing it.
- You'd say every hook out loud without cringing.
Example
Joon's own sheet: Exceptional has "22M+ combined views in 6 months for one founder's AI clone". Language has "Videomaxxing", "Video Engine" and "Brand Brain". Each named method became its own series of videos, and Videomaxxing became Lesson 10 of this course.
