You'll leave with one script structure that works for talking-head and faceless videos, a list of the 10 questions your buyers ask, and a prompt that turns each question into a script in a minute.
Long scripts lose people in the middle. The scripts that hold best are short and answer one question. Every line either raises a question or answers one. Twenty seconds is enough for one idea done well, and short videos are easy to rewatch, which helps them spread.
Step 1: List the 10 questions buyers ask
These are your next 10 videos. The best questions come from your inbox, your sales calls and your reviews. Paste a few in with the first prompt below.
Step 2: Use the 20-second structure
Time
Beat
Rule
0-2s
The big question
On screen, under 10 words
2-4s
The flip
2-3 words that change the answer ("Not quite.")
4-14s
Three beats
Each under 8 words, each one new information
14-20s
The payoff
One line the viewer can repeat to someone else
Talking about a longer idea? Keep the same shape and stretch the three beats. Don't add more beats.
Step 3: Read it out loud
Read it at normal speed with a timer running. Wherever you stumble, cut a word. Wherever you'd lose interest yourself, cut the line.
The prompt
First, the questions:
I sell [offer] to [customer]. List the 10 questions my customers ask most before
they buy, in their own words. Rank them by how much the answer changes their decision.
[paste a few real questions from DMs, calls or reviews]
Then one script per question:
Write a 20-second video script that answers this customer question: [question].
Structure: a big question on screen (under 10 words), a 2-3 word flip, three short
beats under 8 words each, and a one-line payoff. Write it the way I talk:
[3 of my captions]. No jargon. No hashtags.
Checklist
One question per video.
The opening question is on screen in the first 2 seconds.
The flip actually changes the expected answer.
Each beat adds new information. No restating.
The payoff works without the rest of the video.
It reads aloud in 20-30 seconds without stumbling.
Example
A faceless creator with 317K followers got 2.6M plays on one roughly 20-second video. No face on screen. One niche, one question per video, one look across every video. The same structure works for a dentist ("Do whitening strips ruin enamel?"), a realtor, a gym or an accountant.
