You'll leave with a way to turn every winning video into a carousel that gets saved and shared, plus a comment keyword that turns readers into DM conversations.
A video wins on reach. A carousel wins on saves and shares: people keep it to come back to. Turning your winning video topics into carousels gives each idea a second life with a different audience, and the comment keyword at the end turns readers into leads.
Step 1: Study 10-20 winning carousels
Pick carousels that beat their creator's usual numbers. Saves and shares count more than likes. Copy the structure, never the words.
Step 2: Build a 3-part cover
A small lead-in: who it's for, or the setup.
A big payoff: 16 characters or fewer, a result you can prove.
A named method: for example "The Saved Folder Method". A name makes it feel like something worth saving.
Run the buyer test from Lesson 4 on the cover.
Step 3: Follow the slide anatomy
Every slide gets: a 2-line headline of about 20 characters per line (second line in your accent colour), a one-line subhead, ONE visual, and a one-line caption. Use your highlight colour once in the whole carousel, on the key number.
Step 4: Post, then track at 48 hours
Last slide: "Comment [KEYWORD]" and exactly what they get. The keyword must be identical on the slide, in the caption and in your DM tool. On LinkedIn, post it as a PDF. At 48 hours, log saves, shares, keyword comments and DM replies.
The prompt
Using my winning video script below and my brand sheet, write a 7-slide carousel
about [idea] for [who it's for].
Cover: a small lead-in, a huge payoff of 16 characters or less, a named method,
and one line on what it does. Give me 3 cover options with different hooks.
Slides 2-6: a 2-line headline (20 characters per line max), one subhead line,
ONE visual described in a sentence, one caption line.
Slide 7: "Comment [KEYWORD]" and exactly what they get.
Then the post caption: line 1 is the cover promise, 3-6 short lines, the keyword CTA.
My proof: [a number I can back, or "none"]. Never invent numbers.
[paste script] [paste brand sheet]

You logged saves, shares, keyword comments and DM replies at 48 hours.
Example
Lesson 2 of this course works well as a carousel. Cover: "100 ideas" (the payoff), "in 1 hour" (the lead-in), "The Outlier Method" (the named method). Slides 2-6 are the steps, each with one visual, and slide 7 is "Comment IDEAS" for the spreadsheet.
